About Me

Fern Mines is a South Australian emerging performing, choreographic and teaching artist based on Kaurna Land. A WAAPA graduate (2021), she has built an award-winning, cross-disciplinary repertoire often exploring social and environmental challenges through movement for  both stage and screen. Fern is a committed member of Adelaide's independent dance community, teaching across schools and professional classes. She holds a Master of Environmental Management focused on climate change communication through performing arts and is developing a new climate performance project Peach Season.
